Water Library’s cuisine is best described as ‘contemporary fusion’.

Our experienced chefs use only the freshest and best seasonal ingredients in the dishes they prepare. Gourmet sandwiches, light salads, zesty soups, robust entrees and sinful desserts – Water Library’s menu has something to suit all tastes and appetites. The menu is complimented by a comprehensive drinks list and a fine selection of wines from around the world.

Signature dishes include a succulent Wagyu steak, pan-seared Snowfish and a selection of wonderful home-made ice creams.
